Waititu accused of land invasion
The judge heard that “Mr Waititu is illegally excavating, digging up and adversely interfering with the suit property despite the existence of a court order issued on March 25, 2013, preventing any development until the matter is heard and determined”. A former Member of Parliament has been accused of invading a 50-acre parcel of land valued at over Sh1 billion. The administrator of the estate of Mr Joseph Mwangi Muriithi has urged Lady Justice Pauline Nyamweya to enjoin former Embakasi MP Ferdinand Waititu in the land dispute.
