Barely 5 days to the CHAN return leg qualifier at Namboole, Cranes Head Coach has called up 2 more players and dropping 3 in a way to beef up his squad. Defender Ibra Kizza, who plays with Victors F.C and Kira Young's Lawrence Nduga have been summoned as the team starts residential training on Monday. Wiliam Wadri, Ronald Muganga and Willy Kavuma have been trimmed off the list.
Technically, Kizza has been called up to train with the team as defender Savio Kabugo faces the race against time to waive off that ankle injury he sustained on Thursday morning. Already, Confederation of Africa Football (CAF) has named Madagascar match officials to handle the return leg of the 2014 CHAN qualifiers between Uganda and Tanzania.
Abduol Kanoso Ohabee will be the center referee, assisted by Andirvoavonjy Pierre Jean Eric (first assistant), Jinoro Velomanana Andriamiharisoa (second assistant) while Bruno will be the fourth official. Ethiopian Ismail Kamal has been appointed as the match commissioner.
