Tergat elected IOC member
BUENOS AIRES, Argentina, September 10- Former world marathon record holder and twice Olympics silver medallist, Paul Tergat, has been elected as an International Olympics Committee (IOC) member on Tuesday in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
